MBABANE:Savannah Maziya, the Minister of Information, Communication and Technology(ICT) has received her 2025 Blue Sheroes Award from Standard Bank Eswatini under the UN theme: “For All Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.”
According Government online platforms, Minister Maziya has been honoured for leading with purpose, empowering women and girls in STEM, advocating for digital inclusion, and raising Eswatini’s voice on global platforms such as the United Nations, she thanked Standard Bank for the recognition.
“Thank you to Standard Bank. Thank you to the people of this wonderful country who have voted for me. I’m very touched. I’m very humbled.I think it is so very kind. Being honest, being credible, following ethics, believing in the country and working in the country is a privilege. I’m very happy to be getting this recognition and award from the country,” she said.
