MBABANE:Vusi Manoma Masango, the eSwatini National Commissioner of Police graced the Passout event of about two thousand(2000) Namibian police recruits on Friday at the Oshakati Stadium.
The event was also attended by Her Excellency Dr Netumbo Nandi- Ndaitwah, the President of the Republic of Namibia.
