8bet apologises to customers for inconvenience, Chief Operations Officer(COO) Belinda Motsa says upgrading of system to be concluded soon.

MBABANE:Belinda Motsa,the 8bet Chief Operations Officer(COO) has, on behalf of the gaming company, apologized to customers for the inconvenience caused during the ongoing upgrading of their system.

In a statement sent to this Swaziland News on Wednesday evening, the Chief Operations Officer said, due to the number of players that the company received over the year, they had to upgrade their system to accommodate new players as the system had reached it’s maximum trash hold. 

“We are overwhelmed by the support that Emaswati have given since our operation, and we pride ourselves in providing the best service hence the upgrade was

necessary. With that being said, we like to notify our players that our service is back, and all pending issues have been resolved.
