MBABANE:Judge Mumcy Dlamini has ordered the release of Law Society of Eswatini(LSE) President Mangaliso Magagula pending finalization of the appeal filed against Judge Titus Mlangeni’s harsh sentence.
The lawyer was jailed for contempt of court after being accused by Judge Mlangeni of labeling court proceedings, a “secret meeting”, Judge Mumcy Dlamini delivered her ruling on Friday ordering the release of the lawyer.
