MBABANE:Belinda Motsa, the 8bet Chief Operations Officer(COO) has confirmed that, the company’s R2.5million Trade Fair Cup sponsorship will continue even this year.
In a statement sent to this Swaziland News, the gaming company further announced the upgrading of its system to enable customers or winners to receive their money timely and further interact with the company for enquires.
“We would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused to our players for the issues we had in the past few months. Due to the number of players that we have received over the year we had to upgrade our system to accommodate our new players as system had reached its maximum trash hold.We are overwhelmed by the support that Emaswati have given since our operation, and we pride ourselves in providing the best service hence the upgrade was necessary,” she said.
