MBABANE:Sanele Sihlongonyane, the Crooks Plantation Limited Branch Chairperson of the Swaziland Agricultural Plantation Workers Union(SAPWU) has taken his employer to the Industrial Court.
Sihlongonyane wants to be reinstated to his position of Pump Attendant after being demoted to a temporary job, he was victimized for successfully representing about two hundred(200) Crooks Plantations who were exploited by the company with temporary jobs.
The company eventually employed the workers permanently but, went on to victimize Sihlongonyane who represented them by demoting him to a temporary job.
