MBABANE:Paetongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister of Thailand has been suspended by the country’s top court pending investigations into her alleged unethical conduct, Aljazeera reported on Tuesday afternoon.
“Thailand’s top court has suspended PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra pending an ethics investigation over a leaked phone call with Cambodia’s former leader Hun Sen. She accepted the decision, after being accused of violating the constitution with remarks about a deadly May border clash that sparked protests in Bangkok,” reads the Aljazeera report.
