Galp Matsapha owner Issufomia Calu takes Nedbank Eswatini to court for owing R1.8million rent, represented by lawyer Xolile Mnisi.

MBABANE:Issufomia Calu, the Director of Ncamase Investments has taken Nedbank Eswatini to court for outstanding rent monies amounting to R1.8million.

The bank was renting premises at Big Tree Shopping Complex-Mahhala, Calu is also the owner of the Galp Filling Station that was closed after Galp Eswatini refused to supply fuel, lawyer Xolile Mnisi from MLK Ndlangamandla Attorneys is representing businessman Calu and Ncamase Investments while Zweli Jele is defending Nedbank Eswatini Limited.
