MBABANE: Lady Howard Mabuza, the Minister of Education has announced Matala Dominion Favour of Ka-Zakhali Primary School as the Best Student of the 2020 Eswatini Primary Certificate (EPC) with an aggregate of 84%.
Other best performing students with an aggregate of 80% and above include Koshy Ryan Kiron, Philasande W. Zikalala, Thandizwi S. Mkhontfo (all Thembelisha); (Sihlelelwe S. Dlamini (Ngonini); Bongekile Sihlongonyane (St Michaels); Asemahle H. Kunene, Thandolwethu Dlamini, Nkosilenhle N. Mhlanga (all St Theresa’s); Yandiswa Ndzinisa (St Manettus); Littler Charmaine (Little Academy); Silungiselwe Nhlengetfwa (Evangelical) and Lungiswa Gadlela (Evelyn Baring).
Speaking during a press conference held in Mbabane, the Minister thanked all Heads and teachers for ensuring that learners were taught effectively and prepared well for the examination.
“I would like to thank all Heads and teachers for ensuring that learners were taught effectively and prepared well for the examination. We further wish to assure the Nation that these results are a true reflection of the work done by teachers and learners and are credible. All 2020 results have been processed according to laid down, accredited procedures.” said the Education Minister
