MBABANE:Former Prime Minister Absalom Themba(AT) Dlamini says the late former Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Constance Simelane was unifying figure in Cabinet.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Sunday evening, the former PM said, she advised the King to appoint Simelane as the first female DPM to demonstrate support for gender equality and after analyzing her capabilities.
“She was a uniter not divisive and Cabinet was united, this includes part of her contribution. She was serious about the implementation of Government programs,”said the former Prime Minister.
The former PM said, he was proud with the contribution made by the late former Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) on national development.
