MBABANE:All dangerous rapists convicted under the Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence(SODV) Act now stand a chance to be released should former Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo win his court case where he is challenging the legitimacy and constitutionality of the law.
On Monday, the High Court postponed his trial pending the ruling.
