MBABANE:Sifiso ‘Daladi’ Dlamini, a businessman who was known as the owner of the popular Emfuleni Lifestyle situated at Ezulwini has been evicted by his wife Dr Hleli Ginindza, the alleged original owner and brain behind the establishment of the Lodge.
This comes after Dlamini allegedly cheated with Nokthula Dlamini, information gathered by this publication suggest that, the businessman was residing with his alleged girlfriend of the same surname within the premises of LaGinindza while the wife was away as “she works for an international organization”.
Dr Hleli Ginindza subsequently filed for divorce and evicted Daladi from Emfuleni Lifestyle after Ezulwini uMphakatsi confirmed that, “the land belongs to LaGinindza” and in terms of Swazi Law and Custom, Daladi cannot be allowed to reside with another woman within the home or land allocated to the wife.
Ezulwini Traditional Court(Libandla leMphakatsi) and the Magistrate Court orders seen by this Swaziland News confirmed that, the businessman was evicted.
It has been disclosed that, the wife who is still paying the over R2million loan used to establish Emfuleni Lifestyle ordered that, the Lodge must be temporarily closed pending the final eviction order.
This comes after Dlamini through his lawyers, appealed the eviction order and went on to reside with his girlfriend Nokthula Dlamini within the premises of the business saying he doesn’t have an alternative place to stay.
Reached for comments by this publication, Dr Hleli Ginindza confirmed evicting her ex-husband after divorce but declined to comment further saying “the matter is pending”in court.
“I can confirm that,I evicted him but he appealed the eviction order hence I cannot comment further pending the judgment.I trust that the justice system will help me as I want justice in this matter”, she said.
When this journalist tried to locate businessman Sifiso Daladi Dlamini,it was extremely difficult to reach him but, he eventually spoke to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini to share his side of the story.
The businessman told the editor that, he cannot be evicted by his ex-wife and that, Hlelisile Ginindza must just leave all properties situated ka-Dlamini.
“Wena-ke Nkhosi uliSwati utalwa lapha kaMntfwaneNkhosi uyasati siSwati, yake yacoshwa yini indvodza kayo?. Ngubani nje longakucosha wena lapha kakho?. She divorced me and she must just leave everything kwaka-Dlamini and go”, said the businessman.
The businessman said he was busy re-establishing the Lodge adding that, “his new Plant Seedling company is currently operating within the Emfuleni Lifestyle premises”.
But an order seen by this publication and written in siSwati by the Ezulwini uMphakatsi suggests that, traditional authorities confirmed that, “the home belongs to LaGinindza and this decision was allegedly reached in terms of Customary Law.
The order from Ezulwini uMphakatsi under Indvuna Mashampu ‘uMngani weMakhosi’ Khumalo further states that “Dlamini cannot reside with another woman” within the home of LaGinindza.
“UMphakatsi wona wati kutsi Hlelisile Ginindza sakhamuti saseZulwini kaSomnjalose, wakhonta naSifiso Dlamini lobekayindvodza yakhe. UMphakatsi nawubopha lifindvo, utsi likhaya lemfati aphila noma asafile. Utsi lelilungelo leli liphela nangabe umfati aphingile noma atsakatsile. UMphakatsi uchubeka utsi indvodza nase iganiwe iyamshiya lomfati kulelikhaya, ihambe iyokhontela loyo leseyifuna kumtsatsa”, reads the judgment written by Ezulwini Indvuna Wilson Ndlavela Mavimbela.
