MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini told Cabinet Ministers that, he kept the deportation of United States(US) dangerous criminals a top secret because some of them were going to leak the information to Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
“You were going to leak the information to Zwemart, he would have known about this before it even happened,” said the Prime Minister during the meeting.
The meeting took place on Thursday afternoon and, the Cabinet Ministers blasted the PM for accusing them of leaking information to ‘Zwemart’.
But the Prime Minister subsequently addressed a press conference where he confirmed that, the dangerous criminals were in the country.
“We would like to confirm that, we have these five(5) criminals in the country’s prisons but we are engaging their respective countries, they will be repatriated”, said the Prime Minister who used the siSwati phrase “tivakashi teNkhosi” when referring to the dangerous criminals.
On another note, women rights organizations marched to the United States(US) Embassy Eswatini, demanding the immediate repatriation of the dangerous criminals.
