MBABANE:Judge Zonke Magagula has dismissed the Teaching Service Commission’s application for leave to appeal an order directing Government to reinstate the President of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) Mbongwa Dlamini and further pay him his outstanding salaries.
The Judge dismissed the TSC’s application on Friday afternoon and further ordered TSC Chairman Amos Mahlalela to show cause why he should not be arrested for alleged contempt of court.
This means SNAT President Mbongwa Dlamini is now entitled to over R1million outstanding salaries including legal costs as the TSC has been losing the marathon case with costs.
