MBABANE:Tengetile Dlamini has been sentenced to three(3) years for insulting another woman, calling her HIV+.
Dlamini was sentenced by the Magistrate Court on Tuesday, she violated the Cyber and Computer Crime Act by sending insulting Whatsap messages.
