LUBOMBO:Gogo Elizabeth Myeni(95) of Lubombo has died before enjoying her house built by Inyatsi Group-Maloma Colliery and the Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Thulisile Dladla.
When handing over the house on Thursday, the DPM said the family and uMphakatsi will decide who will inherit the house, she then encouraged the youth to take care of their parents.
Gogo Myeni was living in poverty, using a stick and mud house, she was subsequently rescued by Inyatsi Group but unfortunately, she died before enjoying the house.
Eswatini has about 70% of the population living below the poverty line, the Lubombo is the most affected region.
