MBABANE:X Win(Pty) Ltd, an alleged illegal gambling company is operating without a trading license at Madlenya House-Mbabane and,forcing employees to work twelve(12) hours without paying them an overtime.
When this Swaziland News visited the Offices this week, a Chinese businessman identified as ‘Owen’ suggested that, this journalist must accept a drink to ‘drop’ the story.
The Chinese businessman first asked editor Zweli Martin Dlamini to send a journalist to inspect the Offices in Mbabane but surprisingly, a “Hire Service” license was on display.
“It’s not like we doing gambling directly”, said the Chinese businessman.
On another note, the gambling company is allegedly forcing workers to work overtime without any payment.
