MBABANE:Mthunzi Shabangu, the newly appointed Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Public Service has warned civil servants against reporting for duty in casual clothes.
In a Circular released this week, the PS said civil servants must always be in a formal wear.
Worth-noting, some civil servants are financially struggling and unable to buy decent clothes, the Government employees have been working without a salary restructuring for over ten(10) years.
