Elections Commission Prince Mhlabuhlangene applauds editor Zweli Martin Dlamini for objective reporting after unpacking context of the Tinkhundla system.

MBABANE:Prince Mhlabuhlangene, the Chairman of the Elections and Boundaries Commission(EBC) has applauded editor Zweli Martin Dlamini for what he described as objective reporting.

The EBC Chairman sent a message, thanking the editor after an article where the Prince was clarifying the powers of Chiefs in summoning Members of Parliament(MPs) on behalf of the evoters, for accountability purposes.

“You are always welcome Mntfwanenkhosi weLuhlanga and indeed your objectivity and professionalism in reporting I personally fully respect Langeni”, said the EBC Chairman in a message sent to the editor.

The Swaziland News editor is also a Contributor for the British Broadcasting Corporation(BBC) on eSwatini stories, a Guest Writer for the South African Sunday Independent-IOL News, a Freelance Writer for the Mail & Guardian and a contributor for the France based Reporters Without Borders(RSF), a media freedom organization that compiles the annual World Press Freedom Index.

Dlamini normally reports or be interviewed by over ten(10) TV and Radio Stations around the world whenever there’s an issue of international interest about eSwatini.

The TV and Radio Stations include the Voice of America(VOA), the South African Broadcasting Corporation(SABC), eNCA, NewzRoom Afrika and eTV among others.
