MBABANE:British King Charles has congratulated the Kingdom of eSwatini on the Independence Day and further pledged more support for the country’s development project.

In a statement released on Saturday by the Embassy of the British High Commissioner to the eSwatini, King Charles applauded the country for tackling the threat posed by climate change and other global challenges including threat the to wildlife.

“I commend Eswatini’s passionate approach to tackling the threat posed to our Nations, the Commonwealth and the world by climate change, as well as the protection of Eswatini’s wildlife and wider biodiversity. The United Kingdom will continue to support Eswatini in developing its green energy future,”reads the statement in part.
