MBABANE:Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi who is representing the Lungu family has “argued that a dead body has no right” and therefore, the Zambian Government cannot claim to be protecting former President Edgar Lungu’s right to be buried in Zambia.
Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi is representing the Lungu family’s and defending a decision to bury the former President in South Africa.
But the Zambian Government wants Lungu to be buried in Zambia, the family is appealing a court judgment in favour of the Zambian Government.
