MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini says Ethiopia has proven that African Nations are capable of funding some multibillion projects without foreign assistance.

The PM was speaking in Ethiopia on Tuesday during the official opening of the $5billion(R85billion) Dam, he is Addis Ababa for the Second Africa Climate Summit, representing King Mswati.
