MBABANE: Prime Minister Cleopas Dlamini left the country on Friday for Scotland in the United Kingdom to represent King Mswati III at the Conference of the Parties (COP26) Climate Change Conference.
The PM left the country amid the political unrest , soldiers were deployed in the rural areas to terrorize protesting civilians.
Reached for comments, Colani Maseko, the President of the Swaziland National Union of Students(SNUS)said the trip by the Prime Minister was another way of looting public funds through allowances.
“This trip is another way of looting public funds through allowances. They must enjoy it while it last, democracy is coming”, said the Students Union President.
