MBABANE: Madzabudzabu Kunene, the Chairperson of the Swaziland Massacre Victim's and Survivors Association (SWAVISA) says the High Court gatherings should be used as political schools for Swazis.

Speaking outside the High Court premises in Mbabane on Thursday where he had joined  other pro-democracy activists to support the incarcerated MPs pro-democracy MPs Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube in their ongoing case, the SWAVISA Chairperson said it was time for Swazis to be educated on political issues since the 1973 decree.

"Mine will be pleading with all leaders and organizers to take advantage of this opportunity and educate the masses,a lot has happened but we never got enough time to teach. The five points that are being tabled by the Multi Stake Holders Furum (MSF)should be known by every citizen so that we all speak in one voice,”he said .

Eswatini is in the midst of a political crisis after King Mswati unleashed his forces to shoot and kill dozens of civilians merely for demanding democratic reforms.
