LOBAMBA: Members of Parliament (MP's) were shocked  as Khanyenti Ngwenya, the Hhukwini MP broke his silence during the debate of the budget speech.

As Speaker Petros Mavimbela called on MP Ngwenya to address the House, MPs laughed and expressed shock that the MP wanted to talk. 

Lobamba Lomdzala MP Marwick Khumalo jokingly referred to the MP as liHhuku.

“Asibonge kuMhlonishwa waseNhlambeni, kulandzela uMhlonishwa wase Hhukwini(meaning: Thank you Honourable MP from Nhlambeni, now I will give the floor to Hhukwini MP”, said the Speaker as other MPs expressed shock.
