MBABANE: Young and energetic students rights activist Gubevu Simelane’s political creativity revived and intensified the demand for the release of incarcerated pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube.

Simelane composed a song “Masishisa letitolo bebangekho laba”, that seeks to amplify the voices and send a message suggesting that the incarcerated MPs were innocent and did not participate in the burning of properties and  looting of shops.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Thursday, the former President of the Southern Africa Nazarene University (SANU) Students Representative Council(SRC) President said the time for protesting on the roads was over.

"It seems like Government is not ready to listen to us, so we need to put  more pressure and its Government that needs to find a way to solve the current political crisis. On another note Swazis must  be resolute and not surrender.  It would be dangerous to surrender now.Lets keep  pushing, victory is certain”, said the student rights activist.
