MBABANE: Sicelo Mngomezulu, the lawyer representing incarcerated pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube has confirmed that the long awaited bail appeal judgment will be delivered tomorrow by the Supreme Court.
Judicial insiders told this publication that both the Crown and the Defense team have been informed that the judgement would be delivered tomorrow(Thursday) at 9:30am,this has been confirmed by the lawyer representing the MPs.
The MPs who who were leading calls for democratic reforms in Parliament were arrested after an order allegedly issued by King Mswati, they are facing politically motivated terrorism charges.
