“Considerable investment is currently underway to build capacity and ensuring that public services undergo the transformation that will ensure value and virtue is maintained to the community. Government's mission is to provide an enabling environment that facilitates efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of public services to meet the diverse needs of the people of the Kingdom of Eswatini,” said the Minister as quoted by Government online platforms.

Reached for comments, Oscar Nkambule, the President of the National Public Services and Allied Workers Union(NAPSAWU) described the sentiments of the Minister as a political statement.

“This is just a political statement, they are trying to deceive the people, particularly those who are not aware of what is really happening inside Government,” said the NAPSAWU President.
