LONDON: Mduduzi ‘Magawugawu’ Simelane, the President of the Swaziland Liberation Movement(SWALIMO) met the Head of the All-Party Parliamentary Human Rights Group on Tuesday to discuss issues surrounding the incarcerated pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Wednesday, the SWALIMO President said he was grateful to meet human rights defenders.
“Am truly grateful to the All-Party Parliamentary Human Rights Group for taking the incarcerated members issue so seriously. I can assure Swazis that both the issue of the 3 MPs and the nation’s liberation battle is well unpacked and profiled to key global institutions and proper strides are taken.The net is closing on the enemy of our people. Thank you much to the people back home that guide us here on networks and thank you to the SWALIMO in general and Swazis in UK for working tirelessly,” said the SWALIMO President.
