MANZINI: David Cruizer Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development held a consultative meeting with BatfwaBwNkhosi and Chiefs in the Manzini region as part of engagements on the Decentralization Bill, Government online platforms reported on Monday.
“Minister of Tinkhundla Administration and Development David Ngcamphalala commences regional consultations on the Decentralisation Bill. Today's session was with Bantfwabenkhosi and Bobabe Tikhulu in the Manzini Region.Among other things, the Decentralisation Bill seeks to provide for the governance, administration and development of Regions and Tinkhundla and the decentralisation of functions, responsibilities, services or resources vested in Central Government to local authorities,” reads a Government online report.
