MBABANE: Another health worker has tested positive to COVID-19, Lizzie Nkosi, the Minister of Health disclosed during a press conference held on Friday in Mbabane.
"Today the Ministry of Health has recieved 116 results from the COVID 19 tests, 114 of these are negative and there are 2 new positive cases. This brings the total number of positive cases to 19.Case number 18 is a 35 year old female from Manzini region, she presented with a mild case. She is a health worker in a public health facility. 20 of her contacts have been tested, 11 of them came out negative today, the other 9 are still being tested in the lab" she said.
She further mentioned that case number 19 is a 39 year old from Shiselweni region who also presented with mild symptoms of the disease and has no history of travel. The ministry is still conducting contact tracing.
