MANZINI: Street vendors here in the Manzini town are struggling as customers face financial challenges due to job loses, the negative impact of COVID-19 and the recent political unrest.
Speaking to this Swaziland News, Triphena Maseko,a street vendor said even though the situation appeared to be normal,their businesses are still struggling.
“I'm poor and homeless, and the little money I get from selling my handcraft assists my grandchildren.My elder son is unemployed so, I am forced to pay my grandchildren’s school fees,” she said.
