MBABANE: Mlungisi Makhanya, the President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO)says young people must undergo military training to defend themselves in the midst of the ongoing killings by King Mswati’s police.
This comes after the police invaded Madlangemphisi on Friday evening,shot and killed Mthokosizi Sgantsontso Dlamini, subsequently,the members of the law enforcement agency discovered and confirmed to the family that he was not the wanted copper theft suspect.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Sunday in an exclusive interview, the PUDEMO President said young people should swell the ranks of the liberation movements to acquire the necessary training to defend themselves.
"I therefore call upon all young people of Swaziland, not only to end by boycotting Tinkhundla election circus, but to swell the ranks of the liberation movements to acquire the necessary training to fight back.We will equip them with not only political training but with skills to master underground work.Mswati and his armed forces understand one language - VIOLENCE, and that is what is currently missing in the communication toolkit of those calling for FREEDOM,”said the PUDEMO President.
