MBABANE: Saneliswa Magagula, the Spokesperson of the EmaSwati For Change (EFC) has,on behalf of the organization,issued a statement confirming the submission of a formal complaint to the United Nations (UN) Special Rapppoerteur regarding the ongoing extrajudicial summary, or arbitrary executions in the country.
“EmaSwati For Change (EFC) has formally lodged a complaint with the office of the Special Rapppoerteur on Extrajudicial, Summary, or Arbitrary Executions. The complaint brings attention to the grave human rights violations and urgently calls for comprehensive and impartial investigation into the the June 2021 Massacre and the ongoing extrajudicial killings perpetrated by members of the security forces in eSwatini," reads the statement in part, released on Monday.
