MBABANE: High Court Judges seem to be implementing State Intelligence recommendations to deny political activists bail, who might disturb or disrupt the ongoing Tinkhundla undemocratic elections.
The Intelligence Information where the plot to influence Judges, arrest and deny political activists bail was obtained by this Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini, a few months ago.
As a result, incarcerated vibrant and young leader of the Community Party of Swaziland(CPS) Mvuselelo Mkhabela who is critical of the current Tinkhundla system, and was allegedly instrumental in disrupting the Civic Voter Education exercise at Hosea, had his bail application postponed by the High Court to the 29th June 2023
The CPS leader was arrested on the 17th April and subsequently charged with seven (7) counts being malicious damage to property, among other politically motivated charges.
It is alleged that he vandalized a police vehicle worth over three hundred thousand Rands(R300 000).

Members of the Communist Party of Swaziland (CPS) were in court on Thursday, to support the incarcerated young political activist.
