EZULWINI: King Mswati has named the new officially opened Eswatini Medical Fund owned health facility worth R400million “Sitselo Semphilo Ezulwini Private Hospital”.
Speaking during the official opening of the private hospital on Tuesday, the King he was pleased to note that this massive investment was an addition to the country’s economic and social revival efforts, adding that this will lead to better health, welfare, and prosperity for the nation.
“Bringing the services locally also helped in boosting the economy by saving emaSwati monies spent outside the country for services which could be availed locally.We congratulate the members of EswatiniMed and the organisation for this great achievement. Any capital investment of this magnitude should be emulated by other organizations to ensure that they improve the interests and protected interests of their members,” said the King as quoted by Government online platforms.
The King further thanked EswatiniMed, a leading home-grown health services provider for what he described as visionary leadership in building the hospital.
“We wish to thank EswatiniMed, a leading home-grown health services provider, for its visionary leadership in building this state-of-the-art hospital, not just for the benefit of its members but for the nation at large,” said the King.
