LOBAMBA: Member of Parliament(MP) Mduduzi Dlamini, the Chairperson of Portfolio Committee in the Ministry of Health has signed a report, recommending that the The Opium and Habit Forming Drugs(Amendment) Bill No. 15 of 2022 must be referred back to the Ministry of Health for extensive consultations with emaSwati.
The report was delivered in the House of Assembly on Thursday, it came after MPs ‘kicked’ out the Bill that seeks to give Mswati’s government powers to grab the dagga business from the indigenous farmers.
