“Makhelwane Simbona Ngetento” funder Boniface Mdluli elected Matsapha Town Board Councillor.

MATSAPHA: Boniface Mdluli, the former Matata Stores Managing Director(MD) who was the ‘funder’ of Mduduzi Magawugawu Simelane’s “Makhelwane Simbona Ngetento” Eswatini TV program, has been elected Matsapha Ward five(5) Councilor.

Mdluli’s name is among the proposed list of Councilors to be Gazetted by the Urban Development Minister Prince Simelane.

The proposed draft Gazette in possession of this Swaziland News include of Councillors appointed by the Minister as per the Urban Government Act.

Speaking to this publication earlier, Mdluli said he was not assisting the program so that he can be known and become famous.

“I was helping because that program was changing people’s lives and my intention was not to be known or become famous,” said the former Matata Managing Director when speaking to Swaziland News  editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
