When a politician refuses or demonstrates reluctance to vacate office, the intention is never about serving the people but, to steal public resources.
David Cruizer Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development grabbed four(4) government tractors for his Constituency, there are allegations suggesting that one(1) tractor belongs to him.
But apart from these allegations, the Tinkhundla Minister Ngcamphalala stands to benefit from his decision should the people of Sigwe decide to vote him back to Parliament.
This means, Tinkhundla Minister David Cruizer Ngcamphalala abused his political office for personal gain because, after delivering these tractors, he might be re-elected and subsequently receive a salary in Parliament.
Corruption is abuse of power for personal gain and in this regard, Cruizer abused his political position to campaign with taxpayers money and/or public funds.
Four(4) Tinkhundla Centres could have benefited from the tractors but Cruizer was all out to impress the unsuspecting Sigwe voters ahead of elections.
In light of the aforementioned, perhaps one can conclude that Cabinet Ministers want to remain behind when the King dissolves Parliament, because they want to steal public resources.
