LUDZIDZINI: There was shock and ‘disbelief’ as what looks like Imfene(Baboon) appeared to be sitting behind Indlovukazi Queen Ntombi Tfwala on Tuesday during Sibaya.
A baboon,in Siswati and the African culture, is used to commit witchcraft acts,it is a wild animal owned by alleged witches.
This Swaziland News reported on Monday that traditional healers were performing rituals on the eve of the King’s Sibaya gathering.
Surprisingly, the two State ‘owned’ Television(TV) Stations being Channel YeMaswati and Eswatini TV were avoiding to direct the cameras behind the Queen where the alleged baboon was sitting.
It remains unclear whether the mysterious creature behind the Indlovukazi was indeed a baboon or not.
The same picture with the alleged baboon, was also published by the Swazi Observer.
But,another picture was then uploaded on the Observer online pages, this time, with a woman sitting next to the Queen obstructing the view of the alleged baboon.
King Mswati summoned the Nation to Ludzidzini on Tuesday where he dissolved Parliament.
