MATSAPHA: King Maswati's armed police officers invaded Mbikwakhe on Monday morning and abducted four(4) members of the Communist Party of Swaziland(CPS), for allegedly plotting to disrupt the upcoming Tinkhundla undemocratic elections.
The abducted members include Mhlonishwa Mtsetfwa, Sabelo Zwane, Bathulisile Bhembe, and Bonkhe Nxumalo, fortunately, Mancoba Motsa managed to flee.
Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, the Police Spokesperson had not responded to our questionnaire at the time of compiling this report.
Speaking to this Swaziland News, Simphiwe Dlamini, the CPS International Secretary said, their organization was being targeted by members of Mswati's law enforcement agency because of their position to disrupt the undemocratic Tinkhundla elections.
“We maintain that the Tinkhundla elections are undemocratic and must be disrupted.The system is also desperate to silence everyone during these times of elections and eagerly want to hold these undemocratic elections,” said the CPS International Secretary.
