MBABANE: Nhlanhla Mnisi, the Under Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office has been appointed as the new Executive Secretary of the Civil Service Commission(CSC).
The appointment comes amid emerging information from the corridors of power, suggesting that there might be a reshuffle and the appointment of new Principal Secretaries.
On Tuesday, Government online platforms reported that Mnisi was introduced to the CSC, by Chairperson Simanga Mamba.
“Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Simanga Mamba introduces new CSC Executive Secretary Nhlanhla Mnisi. Mnisi was Under Secretary at the Prime Minister\'s Office and is former US at the Ministries of Health and Public Service.He holds a Masters in Public Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Social Science, majoring in Economics and Public Administration.He has previously worked as a health administrator at Mankayane Government Hospital and once served as Hhohho Regional Health Administrator,” reads the Government online report.
On Monday, this Swaziland News reported that the two(2) months appointment of Urban Government Acting Principal Secretary(PS) Makhosi Simelane “has expired”, according to insiders in Cabinet, the reshuffle and appointment of new Principal Secretaries “will be announced” soon.
