NKHANINI:Prince Mhlabuhlangene, the Chairman of the Elections and Boundaries Commission(EBC) says, he instructed the Spokesperson of the Commission to ensure that he responds timely, to questionnaires from this Swaziland News to ensure democratic transparency.
This is contained in a text message sent to this editor by the Elections Commission Chairman on Friday afternoon.
“Nkhosi, I have asked our Communications Official Mr. Bhembe, to respond to your enquiry. He should respond timeously in the interest of our value as a Commission of maintaining democratic transparency acknowledging the public interest nature and requirements of the general elections. Kind regards. Chairman (EBC).Wena wo’hlanga”, reads the message sent to editor by the EBC Chairman.
Voters are highly expected to nominate aspiring Members of Parliament(MPs), Constituency Headmen(Tindvuna TetiNkhundla) and Development Officers(Bucopho BeTinkhundla) this week.
