MBABANE: A South African military expert who read King Mswati’s Entrepreneur of the Year story published on this Swaziland News and analyzed his picture, alleges that the King was wearing a 111A bullet proof.
Mswati graced the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards last weekend, the Awards were organized by Small Entrepreneurs Development Company(SEDCO).
“This picture speak loudly and a trained person could be able to see the 111A bullet proof the King is wearing.This is a signal that the King is now scared and doesn't trust even his soldiers because the 111A bullet proof that he is wearing can protect him on the front and back part of the chest. It won't protect his head. What is the mandate of the soldiers if the King is wearing bullet proof. This indicates that he is not trusting his own soldiers and is not even sure how strong his security.Wearing a bullet proof indicates fear of death.Your Majesty, allow democratic reforms and you won't be wearing such bullet proofs.Give people what they want and you won't be on bullet proof,” said the military expert in a message sent to this Swaziland News on Monday evening.
Reached for comments, King’s Spokesperson Percy Simelane said, this appeared to a lone wolf assumption that does not deserve commitment from the King’s Office because it has no basis.
“This appears to be a lone wolf assumption that is not necessarily deserving of a commitment by us because it has no baseline backing it,”said the King’s Spokesperson.
