MBABANE: King Mswati has ordered and commanded the current Cabinet to be office until the 25th September 2023.
This is contained in Legal Notice No 183 of 2023 seen by this Swaziland News, the order is in terms of Section 67 of the Constitution.
King’s Spokesperson Percy Simelane had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
“In exercise of powers conferred by section 67 of the Constitution of Eswatini Act, 2005 I, Mswati III, along and Ingwenyama of Eswatini hereby order and command the continuation in office of Cabinet of Ministers until 25th September, 2023”, reads the Legal Notice in part.
