MBABANE: Alpheous Nxumalo, the Government Spokesperson has released a statement, commending emaSwati for attending the recently held King’s Birthday and Independence Day Celebration.
The Spokesperson further congratulated the King and Indlovukazi for the successful commemoration of the 55-55 Double celebration.
“EmaSwati came out in their numbers to celebrate such momentous occasion with their Majesties and our important guests and visitors from different parts of the globe. We were excited to be graced by the presence of His Majesty King Letsie III of the Mountainous Kingdom of Lesotho; the President of the Republic of China, Taiwan, Her Excellency Tsai Ing-wen; former South African President Jacob Zuma ; former Botswana President Ian Khama; the Kings of Amahlubi and Amampondo, and the Kwazulu-Natal Premier, among other prestigious guests”, reads the Government statement in part released by the Government Spokesperson.
