MBABANE: Health Minister Lizzie Nkosi has confirmed two new COVID-19 deaths as the coronavirus crisis intensify in the Kingdom of eSwatini.

In a press statement released on Sunday, the Minister further confirmed 40 new cases taking the total number of cases to 1351.

“The Ministry of Health would like to inform the public of the status of COVID-19 in Eswatini. A total of 377 results were received today of which 40 tested positive. The total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases to date is 1351. The Ministry is sad to announce two (2) new COVID-19 related deaths taking the total number of COVID-19 deaths to 20” she said.
