MBABANE: Sabelo Dlamini, the former Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority(ESWACAA) Director is among the few remaining Mduduzi Magawugawu Simelane’s Swaziland Liberation Movement(SWALIMO) agents of change, he is highly expected to face Tinkhundla strongman Mabulala Maseko, the Minister of Public Service.
The two will compete in the race to Parliament at Maphalaleni Inkhundla.
Efforts to reach Dlamini, the SWALIMO member proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report as he complained about poor network.
“I am struggling with poor network”, he said.
Public Service Minister Mabulala Maseko had not responded at time of compiling this report.
Dlamini joined SWALIMO together with former Mbabane Mayor Sikhatsi Dlamini, who told this Swaziland News that he has resigned citing lack of democracy within the organization.
It has been disclosed that less than five(5) SWALIMO agents of change will compete in the race to Parliament.
On another note, Mduduzi Magawugawu Simelane previously said, he was targeting to influence the election of at least forty(40) agents of change but unfortunately, some of the SWALIMO members lost dismally in the Primary Elections.
The Tinkhundla system in eSwatini is not democratic, political parties are banned from participating in elections, members of political entities are only allowed to participate in their individual capacity.
