MANZINI: David Cruizer Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development arrived at Mavuso Trade Centre for special voting on Tuesday, he was escorted by his supporters.
The supporters were singing songs praising the Minister who is contensting elections, aspiring to be re-elected as Sigwe Member of Parliament.
