MBABANE: Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza, the Speaker in the House of Assembly has purchased a property for R10million from Dups boss Philip DeSouza of Liyandza Family Trust.
Documents in our possession suggest that, Mabuza who purchased the property situated at Lot No 2166 Mbabane Extension No 8(Sidvwashini Industrial Township), did so on behalf of his Jabulani Trust, the agreement was signed on Monday 23rd October 2023 and sale was allegedly handled by lawyer Sdumo Mdladla.
Both parties including lawyer Sdumo Mdladla had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
On another note, the agreement suggest that, DeSouza is expected to transfer the property to Mabuza within twenty-eight(28) days after the signing of the agreement.
